Prescott Atelier Mission Error

Hello,
I am 80% through this mission and it's requested that I wear the dream catcher necklace. When I pick up the item, a widget error message is displayed and it did not appear in my inventory. I bought a different dream catcher necklace just to see if it might work, but it didn't. I am trying to level up. Thanks for reading!

Also, when you 'pick up' the necklace in the mission, it won't appear in the inventory, it's just a task that's part of the mission. Did you mean that once you completed the mission that you didn't receive the necklace?

It says there is a widget error. I click the necklace again but there is no option to wear it or anything. I was not able to complete the mission because of the error, which may have not been related to the necklace but I'm not sure.

Emi, this is the first report we have received regarding the necklace item in the Prescott Atelier mission. Please try clearing your game cache files. In the meantime, we will be looking-into this further to determine if there is a mission with the item/mission itself. Please do keep us updated.

For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:

1. Close SmallVerse completely.
2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.

For macOS Devices:

1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link:

I tried entering the misison space with more than one account and it said I don't have permission. I cant search it in the spaces panel either, nothing. Super weird. It's fine though no worries I'll find a new one.

Emi, you may need to start the mission over again. Please see attached the necklace you need to click on to complete the mission task.
