Avatar keeps leaving but I'm still there.

This has been happening constantly for the last few days in random spaces at random times. If I spend over 10minutes in a space, my avatar just randomly disappears and says "Jess Diamond has left the space." but I'm still there, can still continue sculpting if I'm on the sculpture and save it and see everything that's going on but cannot talk - I have also appeared to have left the space to other people as well so it's as if I'm spying on them lol.

Yes I have done all of the troubleshooting steps but it still continues. I would also note that I'm not someone who disconnects often or at all.

Also, I keep appearing offline to people, I'm not sure if this is connected but I'll be in the same space as my friends and they will show online for me but I'm showing offline to them.

Jess, this is unusual behavior which we would usually advise a player to clear their game cache files, although you said you have done this. Could you please advise as to whether you have tried deleting and reinstalling the App? It sounds like you are disconnecting but this isn't being registered properly on the user-side.

I did reinstall the app before but I think it sorted itself out now. Will update if it happens again.
