    Error activating mission

    I tried finding a similar thread, but couldn't [Side note: Petitioning for a search feature ]

    I posted recently about Makiah's emotes, which she got back. Thanks! She just sent this message. Can we get some help with this too?

    --- original message from Makiah Rae ---
    Hey so i have a new issue now, whenever i try to mission it'll say “ error activating mission, please try again”. its been happening for 2 days now, could you contact forum again for me please so that they can fix that.

    Also, she's playing on her ipad I believe so the forum is not at the top and this link not loading for her https://www.smallverse.app/forum/ Can you check if something is wrong there too?

    Kryssi, if you could please advise your friend to attempt the following step-by-step solutions:
    • Clearing active missions list, cancelling any active missions;
    • Use an alternative avatar to activate the mission;
    • If the above fails, cleargame cache files (see instructions below);
    • Delete and reinstall the App after game cache files have been cleared;
    • If missions do not activate, try using an alternative avatar again following cache files being cleared;
    • If the above is unsucessful, please try creating a new avatar and attempting to accept a mission on that avatar.

    For Windows Devices:
    We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:
    1. Close SmallVerse completely.
    2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
    3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
    4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
    5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
    6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.
    For macOS Devices:
    1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link:
      SmallVerse - Download

    As for your friend being unable to access the forums on her iPad, it sounds like she is using Puffin Web Browser, advise your friend to try logging into the forums on her default browser which should be Safari.
