Unable to Update Item State

Every time I interact with an NPC, the message "Unable to update item state" pops up. I have tried removing the NPC and putting it back. It mostly happens when changing the face and outfit.

I have been getting this too. A yellow notification pop up appears. This only started happening in the last week. It happens when you first click it and also when you save.

Tian & Jess, I have tested this and it looks like it is simply the error message which shows in isolation. It appears that any changes made to the NPC do indeed save as intended. I have been informed by the Technical Team that this issue has persisted for over a week, however, since there are no functional issues it will be something that is addressed in due course rather than treated with urgency. Thank you for your post and for making sure we were aware of this.
