My Alerts Never Pop Up

I have tried making alerts the past two days to advertise some of my spaces, and the only option I get it to have it pop up in five minutes, but after five minutes the alert never pops up.

Tina, usually the only time an alert would not take place as scheduled would be if it was withdrawn due to containing inappropriate content, might this be the case?
