Hi SmallVerse Citizens,
First off -- thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our recent feedback form. Your insights are valuable, and we’re grateful for the honest and thoughtful responses. We’ve learned a lot about what’s working well and what could use improvement, and we’re committed to continuing these kinds of check-ins in the future.
Below, we’ve outlined key takeaways from your feedback by topic, along with how they may influence future decisions. It’s a bit of a read, but we want to share results with you all and give updates where we can.
Monthly Collectibles
Over 66% of respondents expressed interest in seeing a purchase limit placed on Monthly Collectibles, rather than allowing unlimited buying. This aligns with our vision -- Monthly Collectibles are meant to be special, and limiting them in some way helps preserve that.
That said, 77% of you suggested a 2-per-account limit, which was a surprising figure. While we won’t be adopting that specific limit at this time, we’ll continue monitoring community sentiment and may revisit it in the future.
Catalog
A strong 94% of respondents said they enjoy seeing rares and seasonal items appear in the catalog. We plan to continue doing this occasionally, though not on a set schedule.
Additionally, 57% of players indicated they’d like these rare listings to come with a purchase limit. We’re open to implementing this, though any limits would likely be higher than those for Monthly Collectibles to ensure fair availability.
In-Game Economy
Feedback here was more mixed -- unsurprising given this form was released at a time when currency circulation was lower.
Still, 68% rated the economy 6 or higher on a 10-point scale. Here are some key insights or concerns we received:
Events
We received over 50 unique event ideas -- thank you! These have been passed to our Events team and will shape future event planning.
You also shared that you love gold and rare items as prizes, and we’ll continue to include those in upcoming events. Timing was a concern for many, so we’ll aim to provide a mix of in-person and flexible participation options going forward.
Packages & Store
We’ve taken all this into account and have already made adjustments to select upcoming packages. We'll continue to monitor community sentiment.
Mission Rewards
Not surprisingly, 94% of you love seeing rares attached to missions -- this won’t change.
However, 51.4% prefer those items to be earned only through completion, while 44.1% said they’d like the option to also buy the item in the catalog for a limited time.
We plan to test this dual approach in select missions to gauge impact before deciding whether to expand it further.
Bug Reporting & Technical Issues
We received consistent feedback on common bugs -- These have been added to our priority list and we’ll continue making improvements.
If you run into an issue, try clearing your cache and logging back in -- it often resolves the problem. If not, please:
We’ll be scheduling more frequent maintenance periods moving forward. While we understand it can be inconvenient to have the game offline, these short downtimes are an important part of our Beta process. They give us the opportunity to reset systems and implement improvements that aren’t possible while the game is live, without the risk of unexpected interruptions in service.
To keep you informed, we’ll also continue sharing update notes after each scheduled maintenance, so you’ll know what notable improvements and/or changes have been made.
A Final Thank You
We’ve taken note of many feature and content suggestions and are already working on how and when to bring them to SmallVerse.
As always, we encourage you to use our Suggestions forum to share your ideas, gather community feedback, and bring them to our attention.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback. We’ll continue hosting these surveys for different topics moving forward -- and we encourage you to keep participating!
As a token of our appreciation, we’ve doubled the reward amount for completing the feedback form from 10 to 20 recipients due to the overwhelming number of responses. Rewards will be credited within the next 7 working days.

Feedback here was more mixed -- unsurprising given this form was released at a time when currency circulation was lower.
Still, 68% rated the economy 6 or higher on a 10-point scale. Here are some key insights or concerns we received:
- Market Manipulation: We're exploring alternative item release strategies to improve fairness and accessibility.
- Low Player Count: While still in Beta, SmallVerse is growing daily. We’re ramping up our social media efforts to bring in more players and build community.
- Spin-2-Win Deluxe: Many players noted difficulty obtaining featured items. While rarity is intentional, we may look at other options moving forward.
- Free-to-Play Experience: We’ve heard that it’s hard to earn gold without spending money. We’re actively working on new events, competitions, and an offer system to help.
- Gold Scarcity: Some players feel there’s not enough gold in the economy. As we grow, more gold will be introduced, and we also plan to offer discounted gold bundles and include gold in more package offerings.

Packages & Store
- Over 70% of players rated our current package rotation (1st and 15th releases) 6 or higher, and nearly 74% felt the pace is just right. No changes planned there!
- 82% want to see more variety in packages, and 56% want a mix of short- and long-term offerings -- we’ve already started testing this.
- 52% asked for more practical packages (XP wearables, artist supplies, weapons, etc.). These will be introduced in due time at discounted rates.
- Regarding pricing:
- 37.3% said it’s too high.
- 38.4% want a mix of premium and budget options.
- 18.1% said they’re happy with pricing but would like to see gold included in high-end packages.
We’ve taken all this into account and have already made adjustments to select upcoming packages. We'll continue to monitor community sentiment.
