Fantasy Koi Pond Space Issue

In the Fantasy Koi Pond space, most of it works fine, but the paths and bottom left lilypad are unable to have items placed on them. This makes sense for the pathways to not block them, but the bottom left lilypad should be valid to place items on, right?
