Farming Guide Overview
Farming is a fun and rewarding feature in SmallVerse that allows players to grow plants, discover hybrids, and level up their Farmer XP. By planting seeds, watering crops, cross-pollinating plants, and harvesting mature plants, you can unlock new plant types and progress through the farming system.
Getting Started
To begin farming, you’ll first need to purchase a planter from the Shop Catalog under: Entertainment > Farming
There are currently four planter options available:
Once placed, your planter can be used to grow seeds and begin earning Farmer XP.
Farmer XP & Levels
You earn Farmer XP by:
As your Farmer XP level increases, you unlock additional plant types and gain access to more advanced cross-pollination combinations. Earn Farmer XP by growing, cross-pollinating and harvesting plants. The higher your Farmer XP Level, the more kinds of plants you can grow, cross-pollinate and harvest!

- Marble Planter

Helpful Tips
- Water plants before they dehydrate to maximize seed rewards.
- Higher-tier plants generally take longer to mature, but reward more XP.
- Cross-pollinating plants is one of the best ways to unlock rare and advanced plant types.
- Keep leveling your Farmer XP to access new seeds and hybrids.
Using the Plant Reference Chart
The Plant Reference Chart below provides all key farming information for every plant type in the game. It includes:
- Plant / Seed Type – Name of the plant
- Level (C) – Required Farmer Level to cross-pollinate the plant
- Level (S) – Required Farmer Level to sow/harvest the plant
- Time (D) – Time until the plant dehydrates and needs watering again
- Time (M) – Time until the plant fully matures
- Max Seeds – Maximum seeds you can receive if the plant thrives without dehydration
- Experience (S) – XP earned when harvesting the plant
- Hybrid Parents – Two plants required to cross-pollinate and create the hybrid plant
- Success % – Chance of successful cross-pollination
- Experience (C) – XP earned from a successful cross-pollination
